In May 2020, the Highly Integrated 3 in 1 Power Assembly System Project of Rhiva (Jinzhou) Co., Ltd. was awardedMajor Special Project of Liaoning Provinceby Department of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province. Officials from Department ofScience and Technology of Liaoning Province and Jinzhou Bureau of Science and Technology attended the launch meeting of the project in Rhiva on February 24, 2021.
The project is co-developed by Rhiva Jinzhou and Rhiva Europe based on the new energy powertrain system acquiredfrom ThyssenKrupp, focusing on the latest generation of new energy vehicle electric drive system.This product is designed with the international leading technology and is currently rare power assembly working under ultra-high voltage conditions. Compared with the present independent components power assembly, it has the advantages of low cost, light weight, small package and high efficiency, etc. Every module, even the whole unit, has been upgraded.
During the meeting, the project team reported on the progress of the project and the next work plan. The officials inquired about the difficulties and problems encountered in the development of the project, and discussed with the team to come up with corresponding solutions. They also expressed their hope that Rhiva could provide high-tech 3 in 1 e-drive unit to fill the gap of domestic BEV market.
